Deliveries
Deliveries are available for any address within:-
- Kindly take note that Valentina Box , The Rose Frame, Bouquet series delivery are only available in Klang Valley with hand-delivery.
- Standard delivery - Order now and we will deliver the flower to you within 3-5 working days
Can I Change My Order Details
One off free of charges (“FOC”) changes can be made to the order details (i.e. delivery address, contact number, billing address etc.) Kindly email to us the receipt number and revised order details at [email protected]. Our friendly customer care officer will contact you at the soonest.
We do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but we can only guarantee changes (including delivery address and message card) received at least 2 days before scheduled delivery date. (i.e. for Christmas on 25 December, please send in your change request on 23 December).
